Having been in real estate since 1981, Jay Pearce has enjoyed a multifaceted career that has taken him from the ranch to the big city. Jay and his wife Betsy are the owners of 30 Jay Pearce Real Estate branch offices covering Central Texas. Jay Pearce became a well-known instructor in the early 90's working with new agents. He has developed curriculum specifically designed to show REALTORS how to obtain and grow their business!Jay is an approved TREC Educator for the following classes, GRI 1, GRI 2, and day 4 of GRI 3, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, TREC Ethics, TREC Legal, Principals of Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Marketing and many other MCE classes. Jay also plays an active role in his local associations; Williamson County Association of REALTORS and Texas Association of REALTORS. Jay has the designations CRI and GRI and holds a Texas Brokers License.
